Who handles your data

The data controller is Le Fotografe s.a.s. di Mancini Francesca & C., registered at via Conte di Ruvo 54, 65127 Pescara, Italy, VAT number 01746360682. For anything concerning your data, write to lefotografe.pe@gmail.com.

What we collect, and only when you give it to us

This site collects nothing while you browse it. Data reaches us only if you fill in the contact form, and it is what you write there: your name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle, the country you are writing from, the date and place of the wedding, and your message.

Of all these, only the email address is required, because it is the one way we have of answering you. Everything else you can leave blank.

Why we handle it

To read your enquiry and reply to it, and if the conversation goes on, to prepare a quote for you. Nothing else: we do no profiling, we send no newsletter, and we pass your data to no one for commercial purposes.

The legal basis is your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, which you give by ticking the box before sending. You can withdraw it whenever you like by writing to us, and withdrawing it does not affect what was done before.

How long we keep it

If the enquiry does not turn into a booking, we keep the data for 24 months and then delete it. If you do become clients, the documents tied to the service stay for as long as the law requires, in particular for tax and accounting obligations.

Who else sees it

Very few, and none of them for their own purposes. Serverplan S.r.l., which hosts this site on servers in Italy. Google Ireland Ltd., because the studio mailbox is a Gmail mailbox, so your enquiry arrives there.

No one else. There are no analytics services, no marketing tools, and your data is neither sold nor exchanged.

Cookies: there are none

This site uses no cookies, neither its own nor anyone else’s. There is no Google Analytics and no other measurement tool, and nothing is loaded from external servers: the typefaces sit on our own server, not on somebody else’s.

The site saves a single preference in your browser, the language you chose. On the Stories page it also remembers, until you close the tab, where you had got to, so that coming back from a story you find your place again. All of this stays on your device, never reaches us, and you can clear it by deleting this site’s data in your browser.

If you click the Instagram link you leave this site and enter a Meta site, which has rules of its own.

Your rights

At any time you can ask us to:

• know what data of yours we hold, and have a copy of it
• correct it if it is wrong
• delete it
• restrict how it is used, or object to it being used at all
• receive it in a format another program can read
• withdraw your consent

Writing to lefotografe.pe@gmail.com is enough. We answer within one month. If you believe something is wrong, you can turn to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, at www.garanteprivacy.it.

Should the English and the Italian version of this notice differ, the Italian one prevails.
